The Iowa Training Consortium has awarded eight mini-grants for Building Supportive Communities in 2000.

Describe how the project will address one or more of the three focus areas:

AUDIENCE:

Describe who will receive training. How many individuals altogether?

ACTION PLAN:

Describe the steps you will take to develop and carry out the training, from initial planning to follow-up. Include the specific trainers to be used, if already known.

BUDGET:

Itemize your expenses, including costs for publicity and mailings, room rentals, refreshments, and presenter fees. If funds from this grant will be used in combination with other funds, show how these funds will be combined.

EVALUATION:

Describe how you will evaluate the training and its results. Include any follow-up or technical assistance you will use to implement what has been learned.
