Iowa DHS Wants to Hear from You!

Share your lived experience with Iowa's disability and aging services

Iowa's Department of Human Services has contracted with the Harkin Institute to learn more about community-based services in Iowa. The Harkin Institute is seeking input from Iowans who know about or have used behavioral health, disability, or aging services.

Participants can share your feedback in a listening session, either in person or online. In-person listening sessions will be held throughout Iowa from July to November.  Several online sessions are also planned.

Participants will receive a $25 gift card for taking part in a session. A $10 gift card is available to help cover travel and child care costs. American Sign Language and Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) will be provided.

For more details, visit the Community-based Evaluation project website.
